Collaborate with customers to develop innovative solutions and enhance product manufacturability, providing engineering guidance to optimize production processes and reduce costs. Apply technical expertise and specialized knowledge in PCBs manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies across various industries and provide expert recommendations to customers regarding engineering requirements of PCB boards, including material selection, laminated structure design, impedance design, line width spacing design, panelization, and so on. Proficiently operate professional software like Genesis, ERP system, and INPLAN for continuous improvement in relevant processes and procedures. Build strong relationships with pivotal customers by offering top-notch Design For-Manufacture services, addressing their technical concerns, proposing cost effective design solutions, and validating the manufacturing process maintains the integrity of the design. Work with sales teams to develop new customers and support business growth. Effectively manage projects related to PCB manufacturing, from initial design to mass production. Coordinate with cross functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and production, to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Use technical acumen and engineering knowledge to uphold quality systems and standards relevant to PCB manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
