8251 International Dr, Columbus, Indiana 47201 Hourly JOB DESCRIPTION: Truck billing, scanning loads, preparing loads for shipments, cycle counts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for 5S Complete BOL's either by using an RF scanner or filling out a Manual BOL Greet drivers at the drivers gate and check paperwork to verify delivery location Communicate to dock drivers of trailers that need a dock door to be off-loaded Communicate to dock drivers if they are reloading Mark product if there are any discrepancies or quality issues Get counts on empty returnable totes that are shipped out LTL Update board with truck/trailer/dock info Any other duties assigned by team leader, supervisor or manager REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES: Excellent verbal & written communications skills Self-starter Ability to multitask Organizational skills Previous office experience preferred Capable of learning various software High School Diploma
