Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor operational systems for contracts and commissions daily Assist in defining product roadmap and driving operational efficiencies Collaborate with technology and data analytics teams to develop reporting infrastructure Required Qualifications: Experience in implementing and maintaining cross-functional systems for operations Consulting experience in system implementation services is a plus Business analysis, programming background, and experience with diverse stakeholders 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7 years of IT experience
