A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager - SecOps for remote locations in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of security analysts in responding to threats Strengthen KPIs and metrics for measuring response operations effectiveness Develop, document, and implement strategies to support the incident response process Required Qualifications: 5+ years experience leading Security Operations or Incident Response teams B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in Security Experience recruiting, growing, and leading technical teams Advanced knowledge of data analytics, network security, and incident response investigations Strong understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures
