A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Advocate in the field of ITSM / ESM. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a clear vision for the territory, collaborating with Core Account Managers Collaborate with Solution Engineering teams to deliver ITSM / ESM solutions and negotiate commercial terms Champion teamwork with internal and external partners to educate customers on the benefits of Jira Service Management Required Qualifications: 7+ years of enterprise selling experience in software companies specializing in IT Service Management or related areas Experience in multi-channel, multi-product firms with a focus on value proposition and ROI calculation History of working with technology evaluation and procurement teams Compassion, hunger, and high emotional intelligence A Customer-First approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and references
