Hyatt Corporate Office, Chicago The Opportunity Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Franchise & Owner Relations Group (FORG) where you'll join a team of field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader franchise team where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role Responsibilities include supporting multiple VPs, in calendar management, expenses, and travel. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations and organizing conference calls. maintaining new colleague hires, and vendor invoicing. This position is also tasked with organizing and planning any meetings/events the team may have.*Position is Chicago-based with 3 or more days in office expected*Answer and screen incoming communications, relay messages as appropriate, or handle requests, if possible*Maintain calendars, contact lists, team roster, and org. charts*Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and events*Invoice management, vendor relationships, and outside resources*Coordinate outbound packages and mail for the team *Draft, review, and send communication to Senior Leadership Qualifications Experience Required: *Previously in a position where multi-tasking and prioritization were a core component*Proven ability to work independently on special projects*Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience Preferred: *Bachelor's degree*Has regularly produced high-quality content, specifically within Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word*Self-starter - continuously finds ways to step in and add value to the teamThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
