The attorney will also offer guidance on federal and state tax implications, choice of entity, federal tax audits, administrative appeals, and managing state and local taxing authorities.Job Overview: The Partnership Track Tax Associate Attorney at our law firm will play a vital role in advising clients on complex tax issues, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
