The ideal candidate should have a track record of high achievement, strong writing skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a collaborative team. Experience in a law firm with a substantial Commercial Real Estate practice is preferred. The role involves handling various sophisticated real estate transactions, including purchases, leasing, finance, and more.Duties:Work on complex Commercial Real Estate matters, including purchases, leasing, finance, and related transactions.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide high-quality legal services.Conduct legal research, analysis, and document drafting.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal work.Maintain compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience.Strong academic credentials and excellent references.Admission to the state bar.Detail-oriented and conscientious work ethic.Exceptional analytical and writing skills.Experience in a law firm with a substantial Commercial Real Estate practice is preferred.Attorneys licensed outside Louisiana who wish to move back to the state are welcome to apply.Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Certifications:Current state bar license.Skills:Expertise in Commercial Real Estate law.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Benefits Offered:Generous paid time off.Extensive benefits package, including paid health, life, disability, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan.
