Someone with a passion for serving customers, and excellent communications skills. This position is the initial contact with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support. Benefits: 80 hours of paid vacation 100% paid medical Vision & dental insurance options Paid Holidays Simple IRA with 3% match Short-term & Long-term disability Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Work Hours : Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Pay Scale: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs & performance bonus' What you will be doing: Answer incoming calls Taking the lead in booking service appointments and routine maintenance Maintain customer database with current information Outbound calls to customers to follow up on estimates and field visits Tracking marketing / advertising sources Supporting the marketing manager with marketing efforts Answer website scheduling requests Assisting in philanthropic outreach / community involvement activities Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers Keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times Qualifications: 2 years related experience in customer service, scheduling, office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Stellar customer service skills Excellent and interpersonal communication skills The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel.
