STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING! Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a AI Specialist Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 only. Job Title: AI Specialist Job code: 235492 Schedule: Hybrid Location(s): Charlotte, NC Contract Length: 12 months MUST BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW IN PERSON. W2 pay: $65-$85/hr; - Medical benefits optional - our client does not allow c2c or 1099 consultants so you will be a W2 employee of Strategic Staffing Solutions. Hybrid/Remote - 2 to 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC 28206 (May require more for onboarding) and the rest of the time working remotely Work hours of the Position: M-F, 8-5 EST; (9-4 core hours; 9:30am stand up meeting) 3 year contract and opportunity for extension and conversion. Key Skills: - Skills: Deep Learning, AWS, Python, Data Engineering The top three skills the EM is looking for:* Extensive algorithm and deep learning knowledge.* AWS cloud proficiency.* Python and data engineering skills. Required Skills: Job-specific knowledge, skills or abilities: Working knowledge of building data pipelines for ingestion & transformation.Good SQL programming skills.Working knowledge of programming in different languages.Knowledge in using and building CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of Architectural patterns in developing secure AI.Good team player and understanding of Agile process. Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in building machine learning & deep learning models (classification Regression / Time Series / NLP / Computer vision)Demonstrated experience working with geospatial data. Experience with mapping, visualization & analysis tools such as Geo Pandas, and other GIS tools is a plusCloud expertise in AWS Sage maker / ML Services.Experience in data ingestion from various data sources like SQL Server, Oracle, Hive etc.Good working experience in PythonShould be able to work with the ML Ops to build data pipelines for model executions.Knowledge in docker/MLOPS and its orchestration Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; Or 6 years of prior equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree.Work experience in addition to degree: 1-2 years.
