Duties include calibration of temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical devices Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure plant maintains a high level of efficiency and reliability Install, program, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives and electrical support systems Repairs or replaces defective parts Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed: Minimum age 18 years old Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Less than high school education; or up to 12 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and developing programmable logic controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) programs Ability to collaborate with other team members Ability to be innovative and self-motivated Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Effective problem-solving skills Frequent sitting and overhead reaching Repeated exposure to water and noiseCCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
