About the Role Calling all builders! This is a prime opportunity to become a member of a team during an important transformational time in Workday's history. As a Principal Program Manager for the Workday Partner Program Sales Track, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of current and future programs that generate new Workday business with partners through Advisory, Referral and Co-sell initiatives. In conjunction with Channel leadership, this role will also champion the transformational rollout, and future state outlook of reselling at Workday. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing needs to design new programs, continuous improvement of existing programs, partner enablement strategies and overseeing program implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. About You The Principal Program Manager is a high energy, versatile, organized and creative professional who is passionate about developing and implementing impactful programs that drive partner engagement and support the "No Limits, One Team" partnering philosophy at Workday. The individual in this role should be comfortable in a high growth technology organization and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.Basic Qualifications5 + Years demonstrated experience building and managing channel partner reseller, distribution, or incentive programs in an Enterprise Software environment 5 + years' experience working with Global and Regional System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), or other large Software firms2 + years experience in a Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliances roleOther Qualifications2 + years experience in a Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliances roleProven track record of success, demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding organizational & Program management skillsAdept at financial modeling with partner sales and incentives programs Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team and across multiple departments and groupsAbility to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and build clear communicationsMaintains focus and productivity in uncertain situations or without complete information Anticipates impact to projects and/or work when there is a shift in strategic directionGreat teammate with the ability to work independentlyExperience with ERP and HR systems a plusProficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.comMBA a plusLocation : Workday office locationMinimal Travel (25% +) Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
