Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients- Demonstrate proper body mechanics and techniques to ensure safety and prevent injury during workouts- Provide personalized training sessions for clients seeking one-on-one instruction- Promote and sell fitness memberships and training packages to potential clients- Maintain a clean and organized workout area Qualifications: - Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to exercise and movement- Experience in program design for various fitness levels and goals- Proficient in conducting group fitness classes- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire participants- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plusWe offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
