What will I be doing? Providing therapy in a school-based setting to youths and adolescents throughout the Citrus Park, FL area. Specifically throughout the schools of Walker Middle Magnet School and Hammond Elementary School . Candidate will be required to provide direct care services, complete psychotherapy notes, conduct assessments, complete treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy. Am I a good fit? Successful candidate will exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families Ability to manage time well and collaborate with a team to accomplish goals Able to work out in the community in multiple locations Must be willing to complete 15 - 25 client billable service hours. This is a part-time to full-time transition position. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and/or Psychology from an accredited University Registered Intern or Eligible to become one in the state of Florida At least 1 year of full-time documented mental health experience or volunteer work post-human services degree Child Mental Health - 1 year (preferred) Access to reliable transportation adhering to all FL Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) Additional Benefits: If you are applying for a master’s level position in the state of Florida, we will offer Supervision reimbursement Mileage reimbursement *Some travel throughout schools may be required for this position* Health Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
