This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the Individual residents and families of the communities within Wilson, Trousdale and Smith Counties.Duties:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities etc.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing- Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to enhance their daily functioning- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and speech therapists, to coordinate patient care- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely- Provide education and support to patients' families regarding therapy goals and home exercisesExperience:- Previous experience is preferably in your licensed fields.- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical
