Family owned company offering excellent employee culture where safety, diversity and career growth is a priority. * Direct Hire * Relocation Package * Robust Benefit Package available day 1 * Quarterly Profit Sharing * PTO and DTO * 8 Hour Shifts * Advancement Opportunity * Family Oriented CultureRequired Qualifications: * 5 plus years of Tool & Die Making experience preferably in plastics industry * Certified Mold Maker * ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System experience preferred * Reads and interprets complex engineering drawings * Setup and run manual and CNC equipment * Inspect and test tooling and fixtures * Troubleshoot, highly analytical to think outside of the box * Building from raw stock * Working knowledge of Solid-Cam * Perform general maintenance of machine shop machines * Project Management * Safety focused Pay: $33.00 per hour with rapid advancementExpected hours: 40 - 48 per weekBenefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Robust Profit Matching (Quarterly) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance
