Employbridge is currently seeking a Project Manager for a premier client in the Greater Lexington Area! The salary ranges from 70K to 100K depending on experience, and the position comes with an excellent benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and more. The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling maintenance requests, budgeting and bidding, prioritizing projects, and managing subcontractors for quality and timely completion. They will also act as a liaison between contractors and vendors, and be responsible for ensuring local regulations, permits, and codes are being met at each property. Interested candidates should be willing to stand for 10-12 hours a day, walk up and down stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to travel to different properties.
