Made Possible.POSITION SCOPE:Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel regarding ordering, receiving, handling, storing, inventorying, issuing, shipping, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard. Responsible for managing the layout of storeroom, warehouse, and other storage areas. Manages and advise personnel regarding the care and preservation of items received, stored, shipped, methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, shipping, and other related problems. Studies records and recommends to the Sr. Procurement Manager of Mill remedial actions for reported expired, deteriorated, slow-moving, and excess stock. Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures and determines adequacy of stock levels and makes adjustments accordingly. Schedules work for special and periodic inventories. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. Performs duties outlined for the Storeroom Coordinator as needed. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage MRP (inventory) daily report, physical inventory, stock outs and external inventory repair process for materials. * Lead and develop storeroom personnel while following the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). * Develop annual departmental goals which support local/divisional goals. * Supervise annual slow moving or obsolescence review and the removal of obsolescence from inventory upon approval from mill supervision. * Administer all receipts, issues, freight bills, free stock, return goods memo processes. * Lead safety activities; facilitate training and corrective action reviews. * Develop and ensure delivery of training to include ISO, Job Function, and Safety. * Maintain housekeeping and overall building structure and repairs. * Communicate with vendors on service calls, repair issues, and requested material. * Operate as a liaison between mill employees, purchasing and suppliers. * Maintain and develop appropriate warehouse security policies and safe work practices. * Handle the expediting process and procedures for all material that are returned to vendors and suppliers and assure credits are posted. * Responsible for researching, handling, and addressing storeroom issues or mill concerns and identification of solutions. * Accountable for the management and the removal of expired chemicals and assure they are added and communicated with a monthly Chemical Report (given to the Environmental Department) for the removal of the chemical/s from mill site. * Oversee and monitor the overall storeroom inventory value to assure accuracy. * Manage and monitor all goods receipts and final issues to assure accuracy. * Direct annual physical inventory count of storeroom stock; review for accuracy and report discrepancies. * Administer supply vending machine program; restocking units as needed. * Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements: * Degree or 3+ years of supervisionin lieu of degree.Salary Min: $52,250.00Salary Mid:$69,635.00Salary Max:$87,020.00Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
