Those services include standard assessment, treatment, and documentation. Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Richland: Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program. Successfully completed fieldwork requirements; current licensure in Pennsylvania; CPR certified. Through knowledge of Principles and Practice of Occupational Therapy; effectiveness in assessing resident needs and in providing care and support to a geriatric population on an in or outpatient basis under the direction of OTR/L.
