The group, owned by over 4,000 shareholders excels in quality products and services, and has more than 19,500 professionals from over 26 countries working for its continued success.What you will do: Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.Have a deep knowledge of the store's collection, including materials, gemstones & designsMaintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.Provide customers with information on jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.Utilize CRM & customer databases to keep accurate customer records and track customer preferences.Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and window showcases. What you bring to the table: 1-2 years of experience in the retail industryExcellent communication skillsProficiency in using MS office especially Excel & other CRM toolsAvailability to work evenings & weekendsGenuine interest towards understanding customer needsThirst for learning & growing within the organization
