Customer Service Call Center RepresentativesWe are building a brand new call center to support a life changing product that will be launched soon. One of the main elements to the success of the product is the team being hired to support our launch and customers. We have multiple full time opportunities at all levels within the call center and we are hiring right now. What does that mean?What we are looking for: We are looking for an individual with a passion for developing world:class call center teams.You have strong communication skills and are able to develop lasting relationships.You are highly organized and team oriented.You are reliable and motivated to perform at a high level.You have great attention to detail and are able to perform multiple tasks at the same time.You have a fun and friendly personality, but are able to be firm and fair.You are able to work independently to meet timelines and business objectives.What you will be doing: Working with a team of call center agents providing direction, encouragement, and support in taking care of our account holders.Contributing to building a world class call center.Providing coaching to help agents achieve high quality in their interactions with account holders.Being a part of the quality initiatives team striving to always improve beyond where we are today.Working with cross functional teams to gain knowledge and insight of Galileo products and services.Driving small projects that satisfy compliance and workflow requirements.Be a part of a fast:paced, innovative, and dynamic organization.What you will need: High School Degree or equivalent.Demonstrated ability to motivate others and build lasting relationships.Have a positive outlook.Excellent work ethic.Strong organizational and communication skills.The ability to work closely with and influence teams.What you will get: The opportunity to provide leadership and inspiration to the team.
