Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and optimizing marketing sites, is a great cross-functional communicator, and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right.What You'll DoLead technical decision-making and implementation of multiple complex projects that establish our website, Ramp.com, as the gold standard for lead generation and product marketingBuild design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UXContinuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and teamInspire and mentor less experienced engineers and internsWhat You NeedMinimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experienceStrong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with Vercel's server-side rendering capabilitiesProfessional experience building enterprise-grade marketing sites from the ground upStrong debugging and performance optimization experienceStrong knowledge of A/B testing conceptsStellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsNice to HavesExperience with a content management system (CMS), particularly Sanity studioExperience with Tailwind CSSExperience with dynamic web personalizationKnowledge of SEO principles and best practicesCompensationThe annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $233,750-$275,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for youPartially covered for your dependentsOne Medical annual membership401k (including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp)Flexible PTOFertility HRA (up to $5,000 per year)WFH stipend to support your home office needsWellness stipendParental LeaveRelocation support for NYPet insuranceCompensation Range: $225K - $275KLocationRemote, Miami, New York, San FranciscoTypeFull timeDepartmentEngineeringCompensation$225K - $275K
