Duties:Efficient and strategic patent prosecution.Building relationships with USPTO examiners.Patent portfolio development and management.Building relationships with in-house counsel.Understanding and aligning intellectual property strategies with client business objectives.Client management and development. Technical Background:Preferably holds a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or physics. Education:JD from an ABA-approved law school.An active member of the Bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Experience:3+ years of experience in the preparation and/or prosecution of patent applications. Requirements:Strong technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or physics.Proven experience in patent prosecution.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand and align intellectual property strategies with client business objectives.
