Oxbow Energy Solutions LLC is currently looking for an Accounting/Logistics Specialist join our team in the Long Beach, CA location. Job Duties: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communicates with customers to manage weekly scheduling and customer service.Communicates with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.Experience with inventory reconciliation, invoicing and reporting.Must be proficient in Excel utilizing formulas.Administrative and Accounting Duties within Oracle and other internal systems.Communicates with customers on past due payments.Creates BOLs and processes internally.Prepare invoices and process POs in Oracle.Manage rail fleet.Supports management with special projects and workflow process improvements.Expense reporting for management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident and able to interface with all levels of management and employees.Strong analysis, judgment, problem solving and time management skills. Organizes work in a well-planned manner and maintains deadlines and works well under pressure.Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.Professional, works well in a team environment, works independently and is self-motivated.
