Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent service and support to our customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service Use computer systems to access and update customer accounts, record interactions, and track progress Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional development Inclusive and creative work environment Contribution to exciting and diverse video projects If you are passionate about videography, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our video productions, we invite you to apply for the position of Production Assistant.
