At NY Health, all of our patients are family. In this role you will: Manage patient Intakes (Record accurate patient information). Follow all NYH policies and procedures. Collect and process lab specimens, perform venipuncture, flu/covid/strep testing. Perform audiometry testing, spirometry, PFTS, nebulizer treatments, urine tests. Measure and record patients' vital signs. Prepare patients for examinations. Sterilize medical equipment and instruments. Provide assistance to physicians during examinations. Perform venipuncture & Point of care testing. Administer EKGs. We require: Medical Assistant Certificate and a High School Diploma at least 1 year of experience. Bi/Lingual, English/Spanish speaking preferred. Proficient in Word/Excel. Hours: Monday–Friday and alternating Saturdays Salary up to $24 per hour based on experience.
