Bring your expertise and finesse to ensure our projects adhere to regulatory standards and deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Efficiently procure permits for construction projects across South Carolina. Collaborate closely with project managers to streamline the permitting process. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regional building codes and compliance requirements. Engage with regulatory bodies to resolve any permit-related issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Valid SC General Contractor license. Demonstrated experience in acquiring permits for construction projects in South Carolina. Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Additional Information:As part of our thorough vetting process, we will request your general contractor license number to ensure its authenticity and validity. Integrity and professionalism are core values of our team.Compensation:This position offers a competitive monthly salary of $2,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job Type: Part-timePay: $2,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 30 per weekSchedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed License/Certification: SC General Contractor license.
