This position will be located out of Colorado Springs, CO area. Position Overview: The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that enables an optimized response to threats of all ranges in all phases of flight. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. C2BMC is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.The Global Cyber Team Lead reports functionally through the Global Platform and Infrastructure Engineering Manager. It will lead efforts for all Global Cyber activities relating to the Task Order 60 contract structure. The Global Cyber Team Lead will work closely with the TO60 Chief Cyber Engineer to maximize efficiency and identify improvement areas, aligning Global Cyber Efforts with overall C2BMC National Team directives. The Global Cyber Team Lead will be ultimately responsible for team success in both technical execution as well as overall cost and schedule adherence from an EVM perspective. Essential Functions: Responsible for identifying long-term cyber objectives, developing a comprehensive plan for completion, and ultimately adhering to the plan at each step of the Agile process. Serve a critical role in increasing Global Cyber awareness to the BC customer and enable greater emphasis on cyber compliance and preparation across the Software development cycle. Responsible for tracking and maintaining multiple higher-than-secret and collateral-level authorization packages and other major test events that include the Cyber organization. Relied upon integrating with other Global product teams and assisting in the overall success of the contract's mission. Strong Cybersecurity analysis background to include knowledge of the following - Identity and Access Management methodologies, vulnerability management, compliance management, database, and enterprise information security infrastructure. Proficiency in implementing Cybersecurity principles and requirements relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation. Experience in cybersecurity requirements evaluation and validation. Knowledge of Cybersecurity systems engineering principles. Familiarity with network protocols (e.g., Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol [TCP/IP], Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol [DHCP]) and directory services (e.g., Domain Name System [DNS]). Knowledge of STIG application and hardening operating systems. Knowledge of Cyber technologies (e.g., ESS, Splunk, ACAS, etc.) and how they impact a mission system. Experience in Cyber threat assessment and risk management of a mission system. Knowledge of cyber operations and operational impacts. Experience in Continuous Monitoring and Authorization activities. Strong working knowledge of IA concepts such as patch management, two-factor authentication, host-based security, intrusion detection, security event management, and defense-in-depth. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to support complex organizational relationships, technical document preparation, and verbal communication skills are required to present technical IA issues and reports to senior government and military officials. Strong and involved leader who has demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams towards technical execution. Basic Qualifications: Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume if applicable. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start. 14 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 12 years experience with a Master's degree in a related field or 18 years experience in lieu of a degree. Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IASAE - Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) Must have experience in IA requirement generation, IA architecture design, IA audit tools, and IA compliance for mission systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hardening Windows and Linux servers and workstations in accordance with GPOs, IAVMs, and STIGs is highly desired. Experience and familiarity with creating/updating A&A packages are desired. Network design and software engineering backgrounds are a plus. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
