Hampton Roads Community Health -Full Time - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Average Patients seen:20-23 Call Schedule: None Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation:As we expand our primary care program, we seek talent that thrives in a community that values a strong work ethic and desires to impact the underserved -Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k-$245k -Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members -Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community Benefits:Medical - Dental - Vision -HSA account, $2400 in annual contribution by HRCHC -Student loan repayment available through the NHSC -Paid CME -Paid malpractice through the FTCA Additional Info:As a community health center, it is critical that our providers understand our mission, values, and the community we serve.JOB DESCRIPTION: -Confident and comfortable treating both adult and geriatric patients -Develops a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral, including hospitalization, when necessary. -Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively. -Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame. -Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.QUALIFICATIONS: -Understands the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) -Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel -BE/BC -Will accept new grads -Licensed in VA
