Come join us and help us buildThe DNA of tech.(TM) Where Youll Work and The Scope: Vishay Yankton, South Dakotais currently seeking a full:time Product Marketing Engineerresponsible for supporting engineering design efforts as well as customer base with technical knowledge of inductors and other electromagnetic product lines. How Youll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Become an expert in electromagnetics with comprehensive on:the:job training: Evaluate product performance, analyze data and present the findings in a meaningful way: Understand competitors and their products: Analyze customer applications and requirements, mainly for inductors used in power conversion and filtering: Support division by preparing technical product documentation, presentations and datasheets: Develop understanding of manufacturing process through heavy involvement in R and D effort: Develop skills with on:the:job experience in SPICE circuit design, Octave, ANSYS EM Simulations, SolidWorks(R), AutoCAD, LabVIEW, Python Programming, Excel Macros, lab test equipment, and more: Develop design tools and parametric search tools : Assist in defining market strategies and new product direction: Work effectively with Vishay Engineering, Sales, FAEs, Quality as well as customers to support technical opportunities The Experience Youll Need: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Requires an Electrical Engineering degree (or similar) with an interest in Marketing: Strong understanding or interest in electrical theory orelectromagnetics theory: Experience with operating laboratory test and measurement equipment is desirable : Circuit design, programming, and lab experience is strongly preferred: High communication and presentation skills: Must be detail:oriented and have strong analytical and problem solving skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Occasional travel may be required Pay:Dependent Upon Experience Benefits: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance: 401(K): Paid Time Off: Employee Assistance Programs: Tuition Reimbursement: Opportunity for advancement This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
