Mustard Seed Management company is looking for an administrative assistant to the company President. We are a restaurant company that manages Mustard Seed and Noodle Express restaurants. We have 8 locations across 3 states- Washington, Idaho, and Montana, however this role works out of our office located in downtown Spokane. In this position you will report directly to the President of Mustard Seed Management Co. and assist with the handling of day-to-day operational tasks, research projects, and help keep him on schedule to allow for the smooth operations of the Mustard Seed and Noodle Express restaurants. Responsibilities in this position will include things such as: Managing the requests of the President's time, supporting them and ensuring projects are not delayed or forgotten. Writing documents such as operational manuals and check lists, emergency protocol guidelines, job descriptions, etc. Coordinating repairs and maintenance for various restaurant systems. Review of electronic filing system with potential support on a reorganization. Other tasks as needed at the discretion of the company President. The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess great attention to detail. Requirements: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Must be familiar with technology and some IT problem solving The ability to pass a background check Pay for this position will be between $18 and $19/hour Reliable transportation is needed. Work will primarily happen within our office, but occasion travel to local restaurants will be needed.
