In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining our computer systems and networks. Responsibilities:• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving their technical issues efficiently and effectively.• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security checks.• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.• Document all IT activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in the IT field. Qualifications:• Associates Degree with 2 years experience, or 4 years of experience working with advanced types of hardware and software.• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems and common software applications. (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Google drive).
