Independence Tooling is actively seeking a shipping and receiving associate to join our team! Responsibilities Receive deliveries promptly and accurately Register incoming shipments and distribute items to the appropriate departments Maintain accurate records of all transactions Organize and clean stock areas regularly Catalog items efficiently for easy retrieval Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed Address any shipping-related issues promptly Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory handling challenges Safely operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition Qualifications Report to Independence Tooling Operations Manager Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping and receiving role Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ideally, the candidate has worked in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
