The ideal candidate for this job will have experience with caring for patients in a home environment and be capable of executing many essential daily tasks without assistance. Experience with the elderly population is preferred, but not required. Maintain an environment where the client feels safe and secure while providing a home-like atmosphere. Provide care and assistance to the patient in a calm, safe, and encouraging manner. Provide effective communication to ensure that the client's needs are met.
