REQUIREMENTS Duties and Responsibilities C ontribute to an environme nt for our team and guests that is fun , professional and in alignment with our company values . Work with the team to execute the goals communicated in the pre-shift huddle . Assist team members as needed or as directed by leadership team. Engage our guests by creating delightful experiences while providing a guest friendly environment. Being open to collaboration of new ideas and creativity to provide an exceptional guest experience. Follow all Company policies, procedures, systems, processes, and direction. Provide good communication with leadership team and peers. Be empowered to assess and solve guest needs. Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team.  Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.  Determines amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems.  Ensures availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions inadequate time for preparation.  Serves or ensures proper serving of food.  Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.  Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.  Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.  Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.  Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.  Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.  Apportions food for serving.  Maintains daily production records.  Keep s work area neat and clean at all times .   Cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.  Completes food temperature checks before service.  Required Skills and Qualification s Food handlers permit before employment begins.  Completes the job safety training .   To be qualified you must maintain proper grooming , hygiene and uniform standards based on company policies and guidelines.
