Role and Responsibilities: π Shift: Full-time nights, including rotating weekends. π Oversee the Medical Surgical units, managing both financial and clinical operations. π€ Develop and implement policies and procedures that support high-quality care and compliance. π₯ Lead a team, ensuring effective staff recruitment, retention, training, and development. π Focus on strategic growth of the service line and maintaining operational excellence. Qualifications: π Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. π Current RN license in MO or compact state; specialty certification preferred. π₯ Minimum of 2 years of director-level experience in Medical Surgical units or 5+ years at a managerial level. πΌ Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
