The candidate will be integral in handling various legal tasks, including drafting, research, and courtroom representation. This role demands high professional standards and excellent communication skills, suited for an attorney dedicated to effective client service and passionate about law practice.Job Duties:Conduct thorough file reviews and perform detailed legal analysis of claims and causes of action.Engage in extensive legal research and drafting briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs.Meet the annual requirement of 1950 billable hours.Regularly represent clients in court settings, arbitrations, and depositions.Draft and respond to discovery requests in a timely and comprehensive manner.Collaborate with expert witnesses in preparation for litigation.Prepare for and participate in trials, including managing trial preparations.Occasionally travel for client needs and court appearances.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in general liability law.
