Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse. Participate in community activities and events to enhance the patient experience. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
