Credit Controller, Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Receivable Credit Controller / Accounts Supervisor Location: Tonbridge, Kent Salary: £27k - £30k + Excellent Benefits Our client is a privately owned waste collection company, seeking a capable Credit Controller/Accounts Supervisor to oversee debt recovery operations. You will join a collaborative Finance team dedicated to professional growth and exceptional client relations. You will take charge of debt management, balancing financial stewardship and client respect. Responsibilities: Communicate payment terms, credit limits, and clear interaction records to clients. Promptly address and resolve client disputes, collaborating with external agencies when needed. Generate management reports, execute account reconciliations, and process credit notes. Assist in direct debit arrangements, manage accounts in alignment with objectives. Enhance debt recovery processes, conduct credit evaluations, and pursue overdue invoices. Meet monthly processing deadlines, distribute client statements, and respond to inquiries comprehensively. Requirements: Previous experience of 3 years in credit control Sound financial backssment abilities. AAT qualification advantageous Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage200, and Sage 50Accounts. Skilled negotiator, conflict resolution.
