Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Employer: FRESHII Location: Sarnia ON, N7S 5B6Job Type: Full Time Salary: $18.50/ hour Number of available positions: 1Start date: As soon as possible The responsibilities and expectations will include, but is not limited to the following: • Establish methods to meet work schedules, • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, hire food service staff• Prepare budget and cost estimates • Address customers’ complaints or concerns• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies• Ensure food service and quality control• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage• Prepare and submit reports• Establish work schedules• Ability to supervise 3-4 people Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Education: Completion of secondary school education We consider applicants without regard to race, color, creed, ancestry, origin, interaction, interactionual orientation, marital status and family status, handicap, or other protected status.
