You will play a crucial role in overseeing the companys financial operations and strategy, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Requirements : Must have experience working in construction / property maintenance or similar industry Studying towards or qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Experience of using Microsoft 365 and Xero accounting software Experience in budgeting, reporting and finance operations Duties: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements Reconcile balance sheets and maintain ledger records Prepare annual budgets and cash flow forecasts Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and payroll Prepare and submit VAT Returns Maintain up-to-date payments and records for HMRC Handle HR functions, including recruitment, staff departures, and HR record-keeping in compliance with government regulations Process payroll payments and manage pension records Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including contract management Maintain financial elements of Power BI Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
