You will be responsible for providing a efficient, friendly and responsive support service to internal/external customers. Job Title: Service Desk Support Engineer Start Date: Asap Contract: 6 month FTC Location: Sittingbourne Days: Mon – Fri Service Care Solutions are looking for a Service Desk Support on behalf our client in Sittingbourne. You will be responsible for providing a efficient, friendly and responsive support service to internal/external customers. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to requests for support and providing information for resolution or allocating unresolved calls as appropriate. Job Role: Providing 1st line contact for the Technology Service Desk and ensure all support tickets are recorded. Follow agreed procedures, receive and handle requests for information and provide routine advice to customers. Using your own judgement regarding calls to escalate to other members of the team when required. Maintain and quality check asset information/customer information held in the support system. Follow procedures to add/remove/amend access rights and privileges. Ensure that customer are kept up to date at all time regarding their call. Deal efficiently and effectively with customer complaint calls. Candidate Skills: Experience of using computers and systems in a business context. Good knowledge of Microsoft features.
