Accounts Trainee, Junior Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant Trainee Management Accountant Outsourcing Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Salary: £20k - £25k DOE + Excellent Benefits Working Hours: 37.5-hour a week, Monday - Friday Study Support Provided The Client: Our client, an established accountancy firm, is dedicated to supporting businesses, charities, and individuals. They are looking for a Trainee Management Accountant to join their outsourcing team. The Role: You will be managing management accounts and VAT returns for a portfolio of clients and delivering exemplary client service. Oversee around 20-30 micro/small clients, including sole traders, partnerships, charities, and small limited companies. Review junior team members work and handle invoicing. Responsibilities: Prepare management accounts and VAT returns for client portfolio Manage 20-30 micro/small clients weekly/monthly/quarterly Review input from junior team members Raise draft invoices for director/partner approval Requirements: Ideally, Level 4 AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA qualification first tier Previous practice experience advantageous Proficiency in accounts production software e. g.
