Group Finance Controller – International Hospitality and Leisure Group Role: Group Financial Controller Location: Central London Salary: Up to £80k I’m working with an incredible business that has been at the forefront of events and music for several years. The Group FC will be reporting to the CFO and be responsible for all financial reporting and regulatory compliance across our groups of companies. You will be a qualified accountant with ample PQE ACA/ACCA/CIMA with exceptional technical skills. and a profound understanding of accounting standards. The role: Managing the Finance Team including developing the appropriate structure, roles & and responsibilities, job descriptions, performance measurement criteria and training and development needs. Ensuring required CPD is up to date. This role will require you to unite with the Head of FP&A to drive business support initiatives, shape annual budgets, and conquer quarterly re-forecasting challenges. You will take charge of our monthly closing processes, deftly preparing consolidated management accounts that will awe our Heads of Departments. You will need to wield your financial reporting skills, presenting these accounts and ensuring accountability across all businesses. Business Operations: Providing all statutory financial information for all group companies as per legal requirements including annual reports and accounts. Directly responsible for the consolidated position. Providing all management accounts for all group companies including commentary on performance, KPIs and budget/forecast variances Managing and reporting on group cash flow and treasury arrangements – including variances to plan, and funding requirements.
