You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial services. Duties: Overseeing bookkeeping and data processing using relevant accounting systems. Managing purchase ledger, sales ledger, and nominal ledgers. Performing regular reconciliation of control accounts. Handling monthly journals for prepayments, accruals, depreciation, and more. Preparing VAT returns ahead of deadlines for review. Generating comprehensive monthly/quarterly reporting packs. Support in compiling year-end accounts file and audit schedules. Timely completion and submission of timesheets, adhering to specified deadlines. Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and accounting system improvements. Training clients and junior team members. Managing portfolio and team workload effectively. Requirements: Previous experience working as Management Accountant or in a similar role A knack for converting options into effective solutions. Current technical knowledge and the ability to apply it. Judgement and decision-making skills grounded in expertise. Strong communication skills across all levels.
