As our company continues to grow, so does our team. This is where you come in! We are looking for an individual to join our team through the E-Commerce Marketing Specialist role. This individual will be responsible for managing and marketing our products through Amazon. We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree and a background in the E-Commerce industry and is proficient in using web analytics, optimization tools, and SEO. Does this sound like you? What Wonderfold has to offer you: Medical insurance with 50% company-paid premiums Dental and vision insurance options Company-sponsored Life insurance Policy Generous Paid Time Off 401K with 100% match up to 3% (after a year of employment) Frequent company-wide lunches and snacks Supportive company culture with opportunity for growth Competitive compensation between $25-$30 an hour On a typical day, you will: Manage online product inventory & monitor changes in website traffic Develop campaigns to increase digital sales Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools Help manage each brand’s online marketing presence Support e-commerce-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized, monitor changes in product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement To qualify for this job, you must have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum 5+ years of E-Commerce management experience required At least 1 year of experience using web analytics and optimization tools We’d also love it if you have: Experience managing digital product inventory Experience using web analytics and optimization tools Channel management experience (Amazon preferred) Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to stand for extended periods of time EEO Statement: Wonderfold is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
