x1F4DD; Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor x1F4B2; Salary/Rate: GBP35 : GBP 40 per hr (inside IR35) x1F4CD; Location: Hybrid : Bristol or Exeter x23F1; x FE0F; Contract Duration: 6:12 months A Quantity Surveyor with excellent stakeholder management skill, NEC4 experience and a recognised QS qualification is required by a consultancy working with some of the biggest government Civil Engineering projects in the UK. This Quantity Surveyor role is hybrid based between working up to 3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. Office locations include Bristol or Exeter, as preferred. The Quantity Surveyor role will be a 6:12: month contract, paying between GBP35: GBP40 per hr inside IR35. Security Clearance: eligible for Security Check (SC Clearance) This role is inside IR35 : Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Role Profile/Responsibilities: Quantity Surveying background Experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC and JCT. Familiar with commercial roles and functions for large capital programmes. Preferably experienced in UK complex infrastructure sector clients. Good communication skills, collaboration and teamwork. Good stakeholder management skills and client: facing attributes. Good analytical skills and mathematical skills. Strong problem: solving capabilities. Cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of your projects. Producing estimates and budget reviews across a wide range of sectors. Collect data, analyse and define the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Produce Analysis and Benchmarking Reports that promote value for money and identify and define trends and cost drivers. Ensure reported data is accurate and kept up to date. Champion innovation within the organisation as well as on the client: side.
