Job Title: Bartender Salary: around 2,000€ per month + tips + meals Location: Tilos, Greece Join this fantastic team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Tilos, Greece We're looking for a skilled and friendly Bartender to craft exceptional drinks and provide top-notch service in our upscale environment. Tasks: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including birdtails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and enhancing their overall experience Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless service Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, as well as liquor laws and regulations Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end establishment Proficiency in preparing a wide range of birdtails and beverages, with a focus on quality and presentation Excellent communication skills, with a warm and engaging personality Strong knowledge of beverage trends, brands, and mixology techniques Must be legally eligible to work in Greece.
