Plasman, Tecumseh Manufacturing - 418 Silver Creek Industrial, Tecumseh, ON N8N 4Y3 is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with good communication skills and would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Support the design, purchase, installation and operation of all assembly equipment, including root causing assembly issues to prevent quality issues. Support and implement, through cross-functional teams, continuous improvement activities throughout the plant and oversee the R&D aspects for claiming purposes. Support launch activities such as run at rate, process development and PPAP requirements. Develop, implement, and improve upon cell and plant layouts, including work instructions. Improve and optimize manufacturing operations thru analytical studies (including time studies) of operating parameters, such as, production methods and processes on a continuous basis.
