About the role Reporting into the Compliance Manager you will define changes to operational processes and systems arising out of changes to UK pensions framework, Collective Money Purchase Regulations, and scheme Trust Deed and Rules. You will review and recommend distribution of death benefits under discretions delegated by Trustee. You will also support in the resolution of complex precedent cases, ensuring all legal and specialist advice is fully documented for future reference. You will process payment of any compensation where maladministration is determined following investigation under the RMCPP IDR process. You will ensure that your own technical knowledge remains up to date to enable continued delivery of an excellent service.
